Each protein requires specific conditions for expression, particularly in cell-free environments, so instead of a “one size fits all” system, we design customised kits.

Following the identification of optimal conditions for cell-free expression of  your protein using our cell-free expression feasibility service, Protéus will supply you with customised cell-free expression kits.

The reagents that make up the kits have been designed to allow functional expression of a large number of proteins.

PhemiX™ cellular extracts are derived from one of the following systems: E. coli, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Trichoderma.
